My Favourite font is Comic Sans MS. I dont quite know why, it just is...
I use it when I write most emails ( not the profesh work ones tho ) & when I do work presentations on Powerpoint.
I feel its a little funky and laid back sorta font...

Got ruby's blood test results today.... seems she had her fit because her blood sugar level dropped too low....so... it seems we need to feed her more often and if she fits again give her honey..
OK 1 MAJOR problem with feeding her more often is we are trying to reduce her weight...so I now need to start giving her veges during the day.... ever heard the tale you can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink? You can put veges in front of ruby but you cannot make her eat them... so that is my challenge.
She was very frisky today, and we took her for a SLLOOOOOOOOOOW walk and she seemed to cope well so CROSS YOUR FINGERS WORLD, and pray my baby doesnt fit again....
So theres ya update Dee, signed sealed and delivered :o)
Why do you blog?
Submitted by littleduckling.
I blog because no one would know me otherwise....the real me....I met wonderful people blogging and the friendships have lasted. They know the real Kell, the inside, not the fake happy go lucky doesnt talk about personal life stuff at work Kell. I have a persona I wear for work and around others.... but blogging tears the facade away and leaves the raw, emotionally flawed and depressingly boring me. Where I can tell total strangers my deepest darkest fear but my own family have no idea....
I know I need to get out more.... *sigh* I am working on that.....
What are your first thoughts upon waking?
Submitted by Cher Cabula.
Lately, well since Saturday night, my first thoughts are "God I wonder if Ruby is ok".........
I'll explain.....
Ruby, is my blue cattle cross red cattledog. She is 13 years old and on saturday night I walked in and found her having a fit or seizure. She has never had one before and not once since thank god, touch wood.... but it was the most terrifying experience I have ever seen.
I keep running through my mind, is there somethng I could have seen that indicated she was going to have a fit, or was the something I should have done better. The vet has no idea why she had one... could be one of 2 options, 1, brain tumour ( thats a happy thought... NOT ) or 2 virus thats going to her brain ( oh yay, silver lining of this scary episode NOT ) not nice to be told your dog may have another seizure and die.....
Because Rubes is from the animal welfare/ Pound we know no family history.. ( yep shes a reject just like me ) we dont know if her parents or sibling had health issues... come to think of it I dont know either....
She is SLIGHTLY over weight and we think that MAYBE she got overheated... Wes my hubby took her and her doggy sister for a walk on Saturday night and DIDNT remove her jacket before hand. (Its winter she wears a jacket at night to keep warm...I dont dress her in PJ's to go to bed or anything....HONEST )
I can only imagine how people cope having a child or family member who have epilespy, its like your expecting a bomb to go off.....I am too scared to go to sleep at night incase I dont hear her if she fits again..
Anyway.... my thoughts are totally focused on my dog at the moment.... see pic below.. thats her...
Have a good one... K
